Guarantee
We guarantee WHAT WE MAKE for life (ie: frame, springs, and workmanships). Everything else is warrantied for 1 year.
Our foam is a 4lb density and is guaranteed for 15 years.
Fabric is Under warranty for one year against normal household use. For any warranty issues, customer is responsible for freight to and from our factory. Sofaworks will repair or replace furniture at their discretion.
Terms and conditions of sale
1. Most of our orders are completed within 4 -6 weeks. Due to the nature of our business orders can be delayed.
There is NO FINANCIAL COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER for such delays.
2. Within 3 business days of placing your order we will notify you if there is going to be an unreasonable delay. At this time you will have the option ot reselect, cancel or choose to wair additional time.
3. Once your order is completed according to your specifications there will be no cash refunds – store credit only with a 40% restocking fee within 48 hours
4. COD Balance to be paid by credit card, cash or bank draft only, 3 to 5 days prior to delivery.
